Fairview Springs
Fairview Springs is a new multi-building housing community designed to bring modern living and vibrant public spaces to the heart of Fairview. Spanning 3.86 acres along Halsey Street, the development is thoughtfully organized around 1.3 acres of restored wetlands and the scenic creek, creating a unique connection between urban life and nature. The project blends residential and mixed-use spaces while, supporting the City’s vision for the future main street of Halsey.
The community includes four buildings centered around the preserved wetlands. Two five-over-one mixed-use buildings along Halsey Street and Arata Road will offer apartment homes—ranging from studios to three-bedroom units—alongside 13,500 square feet of retail and restaurant space designed to energize the street frontage. Resident amenities include fitness and lounge areas, bike storage, pet wash stations, outdoor gathering spaces, and rooftop decks with views of the natural landscape. Complementing these are twelve three-story townhomes facing the wetlands, offering family-sized living in a tranquil setting.
Public amenities are central to the vision of Fairview Springs. A creekside plaza with seating, a fire place feature, and a pedestrian path connecting Halsey Street to Arata Road will invite both residents and neighbors to enjoy the site’s restored natural areas. Enhanced wetlands and habitat improvements will cover nearly half of the site, creating a sustainable and community-oriented environment that celebrates the intersection of nature, housing, and urban design.
